How it works
- Tell us the course (or the skills gap), how many people and where – use the quote form or call 011 882 8853.
- We aim to reply with a quote within 15 minutes during office hours.
- We confirm the facilitator, dates, venue or online link and course material.
- Your team is trained; delegates receive a BOTI certificate of attendance, or are assessed on accredited programmes.
- You receive attendance records for your Workplace Skills Plan / Annual Training Report and B-BBEE skills development evidence.
Fund it with your skills levy
Training planned in your Workplace Skills Plan supports your SETA mandatory grant claim, and spend on training black employees counts towards the skills development element of your B-BBEE scorecard. BOTI’s Skills Development Facilitator service can prepare and submit the WSP and ATR for you.

What is a corporate training program?
A corporate training program is training a company arranges for its own employees – a single course for one team, or a series of courses that builds a skill set over time. It is usually run in-house or online for a group, with examples from the company’s own work.
How much does corporate training cost?
It depends on the course length, the number of delegates, the venue and whether laptops are needed. Every BOTI course page shows the price per group size; see also how much corporate training costs in South Africa.
Can you train at our offices, or online?
Yes. Most groups are trained at the client’s premises anywhere in South Africa; we also train live online and at BOTI venues.
Are your courses accredited?
BOTI is a QCTO-accredited skills development provider and is also accredited by the Services SETA. Our occupational certificates, skills programmes and unit-standard courses are accredited; most short courses are non-accredited practical training with a BOTI certificate of attendance. How many people can attend?
From one delegate to large groups. Classroom groups are usually up to about 20 people; live online masterclasses take up to 500.
