Course Introduction
This course deals with AutoCAD® Civil 3D. It provides delegates with comprehensive knowledge of the tools and advantages of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Practical exercises during the course looks at how to create drawings (two and three dimensional )
The aim is to familiarize delegates with the theory and practical use of the key functions of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Course Outline
Key outcomes of the course include:
- Function within the Civil 3D environment.
- Import survey data and work with it.
- Points, Surfaces, Parcel Labels, Horizontal alignments for sites: produce, amend and manage.
- Produce a grading solution and grading quantities for sites.
- Produce and amend site profiles.
- Deal with transportation alignments and profiles, transportation assemblies and corridors, cross sections and quantities.
- Create and manage plan sets, Civil 3D data.
- Produce and manipulate site corridors and assemblies.
