Understand T-SQL error handling code, DML trigger, SQL CLR integration, .NET assembly, storing XML data and schemas in SQL Server.
Undertake XML data queries.

Full-text index queries
Principles of good design and practices for SQL Server tables. Using T-SQL to create tables. (NB: partitioned tables are not dealt with).
Utilize the constraints: PRIMARY AND FOREIGN KEY, DEFAULT, CHECK and UNIQUE constraints, and interrogate cascading FOREIGN KEY constraints.
Deciding on composite indexes strategies and appropriate single column.
Heaps and tables with clustered indexes.
