The second trick is to think back at some of your most crucial conversations in life. These mightve been with loved ones, family, friends or a business partner. In doing that you should distance yourself from the conversation and imagine youre a third party person watching the conversation opposed to being a part of the conversation. By doing this youll be able to analyze yourself in the same way you should analyze other people and then be able to make changes in the way you communicate. By doing this youll also gain self-awareness and you might actually learn a lot more about the way you should be treating yourself and your thoughts too. This is very crucial to your development as a person as any chance you want to start will have to start from within.
