In the Closing the Gap between Specialist & Manager, we aim to teach supervisors team management and time management. Add to this prioritizing and delegation and you will be well on your way to being a good supervisor. In this workshop we will also focus on setting goals and expectations, for yourself as well as your team, as well as feedback and resolving conflict.
