It is in fact unnatural for people to follow orders. We are individualistic creatures and we love adding our two cents to things, which is great. But in the working environment we need to work against this natural need for adding a bit of ‘ourselves’ and we need to ensure that the order we pass on is identical to the one we received. You can instil this ideal into the minds of your management fairly easily with good management training.
