This unit standard introduces the knowledge and skills needed to plan and conduct basic research within one’s own organisation.
Upon successful completion of this course you will become proficient in the following areas:

- To pose and answer questions in their workplace through a structured process
- Reflecting on and improving the approach they have taken to carrying out their research
Prior learning requirements
