    Talent Management Training

    Duration: 1 day

    Introduction

Talent management has four stages: The first is assessment, this means determining the talents or skills your company needs and the skills employees need to have. Second on the list is recruitment – actively recruit the right employees for the company. Development comes in at third place, train and develop employees to promote and retain them long-term. Lastly, we have alignment which means synchronizing the goals of the employees with those of the company.

    Course Outline:

There are four types of talent companies look out for – The innovator, this person is good at finding solutions to problems and keeps up with market trends. They keep companies from missing opportunities. The visionary, they drive the company forward and are always setting new goals with new ideas. The practical person – they are the meat on the bones of the innovator and the visionary. They implement processes and get the job done. The communicator/empathy are the heart of the business, they communicate well and listen with empathy. They develop relationships between employees and are necessary to create a functional team.
