Our highly skilled consultants will conduct a business needs analysis; evaluate and document the way forward. A high level value- stream analysis will also be completed to highlight the area of focus and understand any dependencies within the organizational structure. If process engineering and cost savings need to be realized, then consultants will guide selected teams on deploying the DMAIC principles of Lean Six Sigma. The latter would be customized and relevant to specific company processes and requirements. Further process enhancements will be recommended and our consultants will be available 6 months after the initial consultation period, to provide electronic assistance and feedback. All consultancy work is done on the basis that there should be maximum skills transfer to the client. We see our consulting services as a means to create a sustainable business solutions rather than just once off assignment.
